Adjustable Roller Depth
Heavy-duty roller and scraper assembly features depth variability. Height can be adjusted with the bearings on each side. Roller can be used during forwards and backwards compaction rolling.
Front Pockets
Front pockets catch and evenly distribute material across the width of grading beam. Pockets provide increased control over material flow when grading areas with sand, soil, or gravel.
Corner Reinforcements
Frame corner stiffeners increase resistance against side loads. Additional spill guard stiffeners to avoid bending when pushing maximum loads.
Heavy Duty Scraper
Scraper continuously cleans roller drum during forwards and backwards compaction rolling. Heavy-duty design prevents sticky materials such as clay, silt, and mud from sticking to the roller. Scraper moves with adjustable roller, ensuring adequate cleaning at any chosen depth setting. Scraper is equipped with cleanout access to easily clean.
Protective Wear Strips
Replaceable wear strips are welded on to the grading beam underneath wings and grading edge. Abrasion from soil, gravel, and other materials is absorbed through these wear strips, preventing damage to the grading beam. Replacing these strips maintains an accurate grade profile and sharp edge over time.
In-line Wings with Spill Guards
Fixed in-line grading beam wings easily collect, transport, and spread materials. Spill guards are positioned on top of inline wings to provide additional control over material movement, specifically in angled positions, providing neat and efficient leveling and grading on jobsite.
