A Convenience CVA is ideal for operations that handle maintenance work in-house. With this CVA, you get genuine Cat parts delivered right to your location, right on schedule, with clear instructions printed or emailed. From there, you perform maintenance on your own schedule.

 



     

What if my parts don't arrive on time?

With a CVA, you get parts fast. If your eligible parts aren't available by the agreed-upon date, you can take advantage of our Services Commitment and get paid in the form of Cat credits or dealer voucher. It's one more way we help minimize downtime and stand behind your maintenance plan.
 



      

Can I upgrade to another type of CVA later?
