The project is huge and very important for the Greek government and the country. Essentially, we’re building a new city from scratch, from skyscrapers, roads, and the supporting infrastructure to a marina, a large park, and even a beach. From the beginning, we’ve been collaborating with Eltrak to address our equipment needs. It’s also made us aware of all the newly available technologies, which we will be exploring in the future.

We specialize in building high-quality private residences. Right now, we’re building three villas in The Ellinikon project, with two right on the new beachfront. Building luxury properties comes with its own set of challenges, especially when it comes to highly skilled workers. We have fewer issues with equipment, and that’s thanks to Eltrak. They supply us with power generators. We have total flexibility, and when we’re finished with them, we simply return them. Even our sub-contractors are renting Cat machines to do the excavation and earthworks.

We first got involved in The Ellinikon by demolishing the old foundations. Now we’re heavily involved in the excavation. During all this time, our partnership with Eltrak has been critical to our success. We have a lot of the bigger machines, but we’ve rented excavators, skid loaders, and rollers. Whatever I need, they are always there to offer a solution. I have to say, the service we get from them is exceptional. If there’s ever a problem, they are right there to put it right.  We’ve used them for so long now that they are more like friends than business acquaintances.
