Who should choose a Convenience CVA?

A Convenience CVA is ideal for operations that handle maintenance work in-house. With this CVA, you get genuine Cat parts delivered right to your location, right on schedule, with clear instructions printed or emailed. From there, you perform maintenance on your own schedule.

 



     

What if my parts don't arrive on time?

If your eligible parts aren't available by the agreed-upon date, you are eligible for Cat Credits under our Services Commitment. It's one more way we help minimize downtime and stand behind your maintenance plan.

 



      

Can I upgrade to another type of CVA later?

Yes. If your needs change, reach out to your local Cat dealer to discuss more options better suited for your operation. If you need dealer and labor support, CVA options with two-day service support are available. Reach out to your dealer to find the best fit.
