The Cat® Track Wear Sensor (CTWS) is a factory-installed or retrofit solution that continuously monitors track link wear and turns that data into actionable service insights. Instead of relying only on scheduled or manual inspections, you get wear information automatically, right when it matters most.

Undercarriage can account for up to 50% of total owning and operating costs. Knowing wear levels early helps you:
