PRODUCT OVERVIEW
- Today, JBS Equipment manufactures high-end, technologically advanced manure spreaders, silage baggers and forage trailers, as well as boxes and bedding flingers with customers spanning five continents. Farmers and contract agricultural operators use these machines to make harvesting and spreading easier and more efficient.
- All JBS machines are custom-engineered in a state-of-the-art fabrication and assembly plant. One of those products is the high-performance Track-Pack® Silage Bagger, which farmers can use to reduce silage spoilage and shrink loss.
- The Track-Pack Silage Bagger is powered by a Cat® C15 industrial engine, which drives the machine’s state-of-the-art hydraulic system and produces the best compaction in the business to help customers save money on plastic. Movement is driven by rotary piston pumps that eliminate the planetary, belts and gearbox from the equation, while the machine’s tracks remove all need for cables, back stop or anchors.
- JBS decided to choose the Cat C15 industrial engine for the Track-Pack Silage Bagger, which meets U.S. EPA Tier 4 Final/EU Stage V emission standards. It also features a simple and efficient turbocharger with a balance valve that provides optimal air management and improved fuel efficiency benefiting farmers by helping them maintain low operating costs.
- Above all, the C15 engine withstands the daily abuse of a 24/7 harvest season with strong and consistent power and proven reliability.
- JBS cusomers have come to expect quality, reliabilty, performance and support out of their equipment, and having the Cat engine with the Cat dealer network provides that support over the lifetime of their equipment.
