If you have a parts-only CVA, you'll get the parts you need shipped to you. If you have a parts and labor CVA, you'll get the parts you need and the expert Cat technicians to take care of the work.

The price will vary depending on the type of CVA (Parts only or Parts and Labor) that is chosen and the term length. Reach out to your local Cat Compact team for a quote.

All repairs are covered under the CVA. While many repairs qualify for the next-day service commitment, some more extensive repairs may require additional time and will be completed by a mutually agreed-upon repair date.

In addition to the planned maintenance parts included with a standard CVA, the Services Commitment also covers maintenance, wear, and common repair parts.

Once you, the customer, has given authorization for the repair or service.
