And along with that road debris and detritus you’re picturing comes a whole host of public health and safety issues too long to list. But perhaps now more than ever, safety and wellness is priority number one in cities around the world. And what’s one of the most basic, fast and efficient ways to keep streets and cities clean? You guessed it: street sweepers. Professional, self-propelled side-cast sweepers, AKA street sweepers, are essential machines for construction contractors and government bodies. When SB Manufacturing planned to upgrade their equipment to be in line with the latest emissions standards, the company worked closely with Cat dealer Foley Equipment. “When we were looking to meet U.S. Tier 4 Final emissions standards with our new models, Foley Equipment and Caterpillar came to the table and offered the right price, the right features and the right lead time,” states Shane Reeder, President of SB Manufacturing. “They have been very easy to work with, very responsive.”
