Recent College Graduates

We're looking for the next generation of leaders. As a member of our Foundation Program, you'll be exposed to different departments and job roles at Cat Financial to learn the business and prepare for a future in leadership with our global company. The Foundation Program is available to recent college graduates in both Finance and Information Technology. If you're about to graduate or recently graduated from college and are ready to jump-start your career, we want to talk to you.

Foundation Program Details

  • 2-5 year rotational program
  • Typically includes 3-4 positions throughout the program
  • Jobs based in Nashville, Tenn. (with potential temporary relocation)

Cat Financial attends several university career fairs each year to meet Foundation Program candidates. If you are currently enrolled at a university we visit, please apply with your campus careers center and on the Caterpillar Careers website.
