How does the eSignature signing process work?

1.  Once your documents have been prepared, you will receive an email notification letting you know your docs are ready to review and sign.

2.  Next, we will send you an SMS text with a unique code to enter before you can view the documents. This helps us ensure the right person is viewing the docs.

3.  Now you will review, complete and sign your documents. Once you're finished, the docs will be sent on to your Cat Financial teams for review and processing.

4.  That's it! You will receive a completed copy once everyone has signed. 

What do I need to sign my e-Signature documents?

As a Cat Financial customer, all you need to sign your finance documents online is internet access, an email account and a phone with SMS text capabilities. 

After signing, can I download a copy of my signed documents?

Yes, once everyone has signed and the documents have been sent back to Cat Financial for processing, you will receive counter-signed, fully executed copies of your finance documents.
